Your advice and guidance will help these companies through the transition from ecommerce to multichannel commerce. This is a newly assigned Team with experienced leadership that will take the international success of Plytix to the DACH region and this position is meant to prepare you for future success in Plytix!

What will I be doing?

You’ll play an instrumental role in the growth of one of the fastest growing tech companies today. The DACH region (German speaking market) has been proven to be full of potential and a Big Bet for Plytix in 2022. As the first Inside Sales Representative for this region, you’ll be engaging with leads who are genuinely interested in our platform and are now looking for a  steady hand to guide them through the buyer’s journey. 

You are the first person the prospects interact with, and will be initiating contact via a series of videos, emails, phone and social media. Your ultimate goal is to have an initial discovery call to find out about their needs and 

challenges related to product management. How? By being genuinely curious and yourself! Your goal is to understand the prospect, create a relationship of trust, and explain how Plytix can make their lives easier and get them closer to their goal.

After 1 month:

You'll be on your way to becoming a Plytix PIM expert. Becoming a PIM expert will be key to your success. You’ll work very closely with the Customer Success team to gain deep knowledge of the Plytix Platform. You'll even get the chance to build out your very own fully functioning PIM. You will have completed your Plytix PIM Certification and you’ll learn the Plytix way when it comes to sales with lots of interactive sales training sessions, and you’ll be well on your way to becoming the next rockstar.

After 3 months:

After 3 months you will have gained a very deep knowledge and understanding of all things PIM and ecommerce. You’ll be right on track to becoming a PIM master. You’ll fully understand that everything you do has the underlying goal of our clients receiving best-in-class advice and customer service. You’ll be an expert in active listening. Your days will be filled with engaging and qualifying prospects via video, phone, email and Google Hangouts. You’ll be spending a lot of your time in front of the camera speaking with prospects and booking demos for the Account Executive team. 

6 months in:

You did it! You’ll be a superstar and a true brand ambassador of the Plytix culture and brand. The advice you provide will be helping prospects and clients fully understand the PIM environment and helping them move towards taking back control of their product data. When it comes to speaking with key stakeholders and decision-makers, like CEOs, VPs, directors, managers, your confidence and approach will be the best in the business. You will be fully confident in your ability and will have all the knowledge you need to be consistently meeting targets and filling the Account Executives pipeline with great prospects that will turn into the next clients of the evergrowing Plytix family. Most importantly you will be happy and enjoy the success that comes from your hard work. Once you have mastered the discovery phase and have proven that you are an expert in the industry and the Plytix Platform, you will be put on track to become an Account Executive and conduct your own demos and close your first sales.

Who will you be working with?

You’ll be working very closely with the members of the DACH team, Account Executive as well as the Customer Success and Marketing team. All teams will work together to grow Plytix PIM in the DACH region. But it doesn't stop there, you’ll get exposure and opportunities to work with all of the amazing teams at Plytix.  

We expect you to: 

  • Native German speaker
  • Be fluent in English
  • Sales or prospecting experience
  • A sharp focus on your goals and a strong approach for achieving them
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • High level of empathy with the ability to easily discover clients’ needs and address them
  • Tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
  • Be able to quickly build and maintain strong relationships
  • Have excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Be curious and coachable
  • Be a strong team player with a warm, friendly personality 
  • Be willing to work flexible hours

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a SaaS or ecommerce environment is a plus
