Junior Customer Success Manager (APAC)

We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit to form a part of our Customer Success team. We are entering into new territories, so we will need this person to be based out of the APAC region. Candidates will get bonus points if they are familiar with the Australian market.

What’s the opportunity?

This is your opportunity to form a part of an international team and help customers get the most out of the Plytix PIM. You’ll have the chance to shine as a PIM expert (after the proper training, of course), where you’ll become a trusted advisor to your own clients. How exciting!

As one of the first pioneers in the APAC region and the potential for expansion, you could help lay the foundation for our growing team based out of this area. You’ll help establish our unique culture and support the growth of our team.

What will you be doing?

You’ll make up a part of our diverse Customer Success team, being an ambassador for our brand and culture. You’ll be our customers’ go-to liaison, guiding them through all of their Plytix needs. From onboarding to technical support, you’ll help your customers grow their businesses using our PIM. We love our customers, and you’ll be the one to show them how much. Don’t worry, this is easy because we work with amazing brands.

After 1 month:

You’ll be on your way to becoming a Plytix PIM expert. With another team member available for support, you’ll be able to start working with clients. You’ll help customers during their implementations, and you’ll even be giving them basic training. At this point, you are right on track to becoming a knowledgeable PIM advisor.

After 3 months:

You’re working with your own customers, and you have developed a close relationship with them. You’re the main point of contact for your customers (no extra help necessary—you got this!), and you’re a true ambassador of the Plytix brand and culture.

6 months in:

Reaching this point, your customers adore you and love working with you! You’re now an expert on the system and a valuable member of the Plytix team. Your portfolio is filled with happy customers, and you’re giving real value to customers to help them grow their business.

Who will you be working with?

You’ll be working with your fellow PIM experts on the Customer Success team as well as the Sales team. Both teams will work together to ensure that customers’ expectations are met and that they are using the system to its full potential. (Keep in mind that many of your team members will be in a different time zone, so this is when your entrepreneurial spirit will kick in!)

We expect you to:

  • Speak native-level English 
  • Have a high level of emotional intelligence–always being empathetic, kind, and patient
  • Be able to thrive in a distributed team while working with team members in different time zones
  • Be an independent self-starter who isn’t afraid to take on new challenges
  • Be a proactive problem solver
  • Have hands-on customer service experience (sales, shop assistant, bartender, or any customer-facing role)
  • Have solid written and spoken communication skills

  • Experience in the tech industry. Great customer success is not limited to just one industry
