We’re looking for a junior SEO Outreach Specialist to work remotely from the comfort of your couch! Even though you’ll be working from afar, you’ll feel as if you’re sitting in the office (and if you want, with pajamas on).

What’s the opportunity?
To drive relevancy and authority for a thriving scale-up. We’re not looking for someone who’ll take shortcuts; our domain is in your hands. Your key responsibilities will be backlinking and partnership opportunities. This role will not be to produce content but to work with a team of writers to promote rank-worthy and link-worthy content.
What will you be doing?
Every day, you will be working to give our website domain more weight in Google search (and, of course, rise above our competitors). This role will be purely technical-SEO-focused and act as support to our marketing team where your expertise allows. This role will also extend to PR outreach and direct sales prospecting if need be.
After 1 month:
By now, you’ll understand what PIM is, who our competitors are, and what this tool means for ecommerce. You’ll have a clear idea of the type of content we have created, are creating, and plan to create. You’ll have had 1:1s with people across all teams, particularly marketing, to get a deeper understanding of our needs in this area.
After 3 months:
After 3 months, you’ll be in the swing of things. You would have analyzed and shared your thoughts on our backlinking profile, and started detecting new, ethical ways to improve our organic search presence through outreach. (It is expected that you have experience in outreach and are therefore familiar with how Google’s search algorithm works.) You will be writing and testing creative outreach emails, working hand-in-hand with our Head of Content Marketing on link-building campaigns, opportunities, prospecting, and much much more!
6 months in:
After 6 months, you’ll be confident in your approach to research, prospecting, and outreach. You will be making strides in our SEO department and generating impressive results for Plytix. You would have established ways to work smartly and scale our outreach efforts so that we can bounce above our competitors in organic search. You will have formed strong relationships with prospective partners to promote our content and engage audiences.
Who will you be working with?
You will work with the Head of Content Marketing and our Organic Specialists.
Campaigns will be aligned, and we will work as a unit to reach monthly goals for our department.
We expect you to:
- Have a fluent level of English
- Have 2 years of prior outreach and partnership collaboration experience
- Experience in using tools like Ahrefs, SEMRush, and Google Analytics
- A keen interest in data analysis and problem-solving
- Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills
- Be a motivated self-starter with a passion for marketing
- Have excellent organizational and time management skills
- Be a strong team player with a warm, friendly personality
