ToolPal is a Swedish rental company supplying everything from diggers to drills to construction crews across Stockholm. They built a strong reputation for always having the right tools, in the right condition, available in their depot. However, taking the business to the next level required a new approach. ToolPal’s growing customer base came with increasingly complex product information.
