What is Software Reviews?

Vendors are chosen based on two groups, the people who work with the software through procurement, implementation, and maintenance and real users’ satisfaction with the product feature, vendor experience, capabilities, and emotional sentiment. Once the vendors are chosen for the software categories they are eligible to receive Data Quadrant Gold Medals if their net-promoter scores meet the threshold for high user satisfaction across four areas of evaluation. Those areas are: vendor capabilities, product features, likeliness to recommend, and vendor.
What was Plytix recognized for?
Plytix was recognized as a gold medallist and leader in the 2022 Product Information Management Data Quadrant report as we received an 8.3 composite score. This score represents the complete and aggregated satisfaction score from end users. Out of the categories in the report, Vendor Support, Product Strategy and Rate of Improvement, and Business Value Created were amongst the strongest capabilities associated with Plytix and resulted in a 97% plan to renew reported by Plytix customers.
We also had the highest satisfaction scores in a variety of areas representing product features, including:
