• Design, update, and sync product content even faster •

This month’s updates make it easier to design on-brand product PDFs, edit HTML without leaving the Product Overview, automate updates, and keep Shopify in sync with your latest product info. Check out what’s new. 👇

📄 Create Product PDFs in a Few Clicks (Beta)

Automatically build on-brand, always-up-to-date product data sheets right inside Plytix.

  • Design your template once using drag-and-drop components

  • Customize with your brand colors, images, and layout

  • Auto-generate a PDF for any product you choose

  • Each PDF gets a unique URL: share it, download it, or add it to your site

⚠️ This feature is in beta: contact your Account Manager if you’d like early access.

💻 Edit HTML Right from the Product Overview

Make quick HTML changes without opening individual product pages or re-importing files.

  • Click directly into an HTML attribute to make single edits

  • Or bulk-edit multiple products at once

⚙️ Automate Product Updates (Beta)

Let your products update themselves when they meet certain conditions.

  • Choose the conditions that will trigger your product updates

  • Define what attributes should be updated

💡 Pro tip: Use this to automatically assign products to teams, change status, or set product types (just to name a few examples).

⚠️ This feature is in beta: reach out to your Account Manager to join the testing list.

🔄 Sync New Shopify Metafields

Keep your Shopify storefront fresh and connected with two new metafield types:

  • Rich text: add formatted content like bold text, lists, and links

  • Variant reference: create upsells, bundles, and cross-sells that stay linked to the right products

🛍️ Publish Products to the Right Shopify Channels

Take full control of where your products appear in Shopify.

  • Assign products directly to the Point of Sale or any custom sales channel

  • Match your Plytix values to the exact Shopify channel names

  • Map the value to the "Published scope" field in your Shopify channel
