Intuitive interface, that anyone can use

Let’s be honest: your Shopify store is not the best place to manage data.

Switch to a clean, organized, and easy-to-use interface and map your product data with pre-populated Shopify fields.

Why companies manage their Shopify store with Plytix

G2 crowd logo

Before Plytix we kept products in Shopify and did our best to manage descriptions, prices, relations between products, images. It was a mess, and almost impossible to work as a team. Now all our product information is in Plytix. Our whole team can see everything, and we can concurrently edit products and easily track changes.

Plytix is the greatest asset to our business by far! Before Plytix it would take about a week or more to add new products from our vendors as we had to copy and paste information from spreadheets into Shopify. Now, we have everything mapped and we can upload a sheet in a few hours. We have added over 500 skus in two weeks with Plytix which would have taken us months and months before.

Plytix covers all of the requirements we have as a business listing on Shopify and also using Google Shopping. Their custom fields specifically are amazing. Generally whenever I realised I needed a feature no matter how small, it was already there and ready to be used. Quite rare when it comes to any SaaS business!

Plytix allows us to store an immense amount of information on our products. The wide range of attributes enables us to better track our products and the connection to our Shopify site is extremely helpful and reduces time spent manually updating inventory and prices every morning.

Time and Money Saver! Plytix is definitely making our process smoother and easier. It's a very user-friendly PIM that helps our team be more efficient and save time on repetitive/non-adding value tasks. We can easily manage all product information before publishing it on our Shopify Channels.

The completion attributes adds a layer of accountability that takes this software to the next level. It not only gives us a place to store our data, but a way to create actionable lists for our team.

One of the strengths of Plytix is its spreadsheet format, which allows me to see all of my product information in one place and make quick and easy changes. Additionally, the platform has advanced tagging and product classification tools, which has helped me to improve the visibility of my products online.

Plytix - Onboarding

No drawn-out onboarding, just instant value

Traditional onboarding can feel like a hurdle, which is why we’ve flipped the script. Instead of another task on your to-do list, think of us as your coach, delivering value from day one.

What does that mean? There’s no months-long setup. We import your product data for you so we can get to work reaching your goals from the minute you launch your account.

Finally, a PIM for Shopify with fair and affordable pricing

Plytix + Shopify Frequently Asked Questions

How can I get my free account?

All you have to do is book a demo to get started. During this 15-minute call we’ll talk about what brought you to Plytix and answer any questions you may have. Next, you’ll receive access to your free account or a demo if you wish to see any paid features in action.

How does Plytix connect with my Shopify store?

It’s as easy as copying a couple of codes from your Shopify store and popping them into your Plytix channel—and voilà, you’re connected! This is a simple connection that doesn’t require any development, and it allows Plytix to push content automatically to your store.

How does Plytix keep my Shopify store up to date?

You can schedule automatic updates from Plytix to your Shopify store however often you’d like, whether that’s every day or once a week. You can also push updates from Plytix to Shopify at the click of a button whenever you’d like.

What happens once I launch my Plytix account?

First things first, we don’t do “traditional” onboarding. Plytix is a PIM, not a plane. Forget waiting for takeoff, our goal is to get you where you need to go without hold-ups.

Instead of a months-long setup, we’ll import your product data for you so you can get to work from the minute you launch your account.

From day one, we’ll dive into what matters to you, designing a roadmap to get you to your goals fast. And the best part? Our support doesn’t stop. We’re here to tackle challenges at your side, celebrate wins, and support your growth every step of the way.

Why doesn’t Plytix do onboarding?

Because we believe support shouldn’t have an expiration date. Traditional onboarding treats set up like a one-time event, but your needs will evolve—and our coaching will evolve with you.

Instead of spending months getting you familiar with every corner of your account before you get to work, we focus on what matters: your goals. To get you there even faster, we roll up our sleeves and import your products for you, getting hands-on with your product data, fine-tuning your account setup, and getting you up and running from day one.

Think of us as your partner, not just an onboarding process. No finish line, no “now you’re on your own”—just continuous, hands-on support to help you grow.

What’s an output?

“Outputs” help you share your product data outside of the PIM. You can use each output you purchase for one of the following:

  • Channels: build product feeds that automatically populate with all your product data, so you can stop manually filling out templates. 1 output = 1 product feed

  • Brand Portals: share always up-to-date online catalogs with anyone. 1 output = 1 online catalog

Can my Plytix account connect to multiple Shopify storefronts?

Definitely! In any paid Plytix account, you can segment different lists of products for different Shopify stores, and keep them all updated automatically. This means you only have to add or change products once in Plytix, and then they’ll update on all of your storefronts! Product Information Management for Shopify has never been so easy.

Does Plytix work with all types of Shopify stores?

Yes! You can use Plytix’s Shopify Product Information Management to manage your product listings for all kinds of Shopify stores, including Shopify Plus and Shopify Lite.

Can Plytix help me sell on other channels besides Shopify?

Of course! With any paid plan, you can not only connect your product information to your Shopify store, but you can use Plytix to get your product information ready for wherever you sell. With the Plytix Product Information Management platform you can automate product feed creation for sales channels like Amazon, Google Shopping, and more.
